Loving and tender with the family the first day, day two revealed he came to us with Parvo. A little over a week battling the disease in the veterinarian’s office finally kicked the disease and home he came. We had a short couple months of relative normalcy before the effects from the prolonged fever became noticeable. He first turned violent toward my youngest daughter, soon after toward my oldest. I was the only one he would accept. A year and a half of trying to place him in a suitable home proved impossible. I had to have him put to sleep for safety’s sake.
